Why Set Up Company Context?

The Company Context feature in Grain allows users to provide relevant details about their organization, products, and competitors. By doing so, Grain's AI can generate more accurate, tailored outputs that align with your company’s specific needs and industry. It helps the AI better understand your business, ensuring you get the most out of your Grain experience.


How to Configure Company Context

Follow these steps to set up your Company Context in Grain:

1. Access the Workspace General Settings

2. Locate the "Company Context" Section

In the "General Settings" tab, scroll down until you see the Company Context section.

3. Fill in the Required Fields

The Company Context form includes the following fields:

- Company Name:

Enter your company’s official name.

- Company Context:

Provide a summary of your company, including:

  • Size

  • Industry

  • Geographic location

  • Other important details

- Product Description:

Include a description of your products or services, such as:

  • Names of the products

  • Features

  • Target customers

- Competitor Names:

Use the + Add Competitor button to list competitors. This helps Grain’s AI better understand your market landscape.

4. Save Your Changes

Once you’ve filled out all the fields, click the Save button to apply the settings.
