How to reach Grain Support

Below are a few ways you may contact us here at Grain:

Live Chat

To connect to live chat, click Help (?) at the bottom left of your workspace, then select "Chat With Support." Our normal hours of operation are Monday → Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST.

Other Support:

Need help with meeting recordings, calendar syncing, clips, stories, integrations or other issues with your account / team's workspace? Email us and we'll do our best to resolve it!

Submitting Error Reports from the Grain Desktop App (macOS/Windows):

If there's an issue with your experience on the Grain desktop application, you can submit a report of the issue to our engineering teams by opening the Grain app → Help and hitting Send Log Files.
