To connect to live chat, click Help (?) at the bottom left of your workspace, then select "Chat With Support." Our normal hours of operation are Monday β Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST.

Submitting Error Reports from the Grain Desktop App (macOS/Windows):
If there's an issue with your experience on the Grain desktop application, you can submit a report of the issue to our engineering teams by opening the Grain app β Help and hitting Send Log Files.
