Below are a few ways you may contact us here at Grain:

Live Chat

To connect to live chat, click Help (?) at the bottom left of your workspace, then select "Chat With Support." Our normal hours of operation are Monday β†’ Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST.

Other Support:

Need help with meeting recordings, calendar syncing, clips, stories, integrations or other issues with your account / team's workspace? Let us know and we'll do our best to resolve it!

Submitting Error Reports from the Grain Desktop App (macOS/Windows):

If there's an issue with your experience on the Grain desktop application, you can submit a report of the issue to our engineering teams by opening the Grain app β†’ Help and hitting Send Log Files.
