Welcome to Grain, your one-stop-shop for video conferencing.

Grain’s magic is twofold:

1️⃣ The downloadable Desktop App that enables you to capture key moments in real-time and syncs your Zoom meetings with your Grain workspace.

2️⃣ Grain Workspace to help you search, clip, and share the conversations that matter.

Let’s get you set up.

1. Create an account

Head over to and sign up for Grain using your Gmail or Outlook account.

After signing up you’ll be taken to your Grain Workspace, the browser-based home base where the shared recordings from you and your team live. You can create and share highlights, stories, do so much more from your workspace.

We’ll come back to your Workspace soon, but to start recording your calls with Grain, you’ll first need to download the Desktop App.

2. Download the Desktop App

If you haven’t already, download the Grain Desktop App.

Once the app has been installed, open and run Grain. When Grain is running, you’ll see the Grain icon in your menu bar, which you can click to access your Desktop App settings and record your scheduled calls.

3. Ready to go!

Let’s record your first call with Grain!
