Editing transcripts in Grain allows you to refine and correct the automatically generated text, ensuring it accurately reflects your meeting's content. Follow these steps to efficiently edit your meeting transcripts.
Accessing the Transcript
Open the Grain Meeting Page:
Navigate to your Grain Meeting Library.
View the Transcript:
Once on the meeting page, locate the transcript tab.
Correcting the Transcript
Enter Correction Mode:
Click the three dot menu from the transcript tab and then "Edit Transcript". This will allow you to make changes directly in the text.
Make Edits:
Click on the text you want to edit. You can add, delete, or correct any part of the transcript. Use your keyboard to make the necessary changes and press enter to save.
Saving Edits
Save Changes:
After making the necessary edits, click the "Done" button to update the transcript.
Review and Confirm:
Review the changes to ensure accuracy. Confirm the edits to finalize the transcript.
