If you want to use Grain within your Zoom App, then you can install “Grain for Zoom” from Zoom marketplace.

How to install Grain for Zoom

  1. Open the Zoom app and sign in.

  2. From the Zoom app’s home screen, click “Apps” at the top far right.

  3. Click “Discover” next to “My Apps” and scroll through the alphabetical list to find “Grain for Zoom.”

4. Then you need to “Add” and authorize “Grain for Zoom” app.

5. You must record to your Zoom Cloud.

If you are recording to your computer, then Grain for Zoom wouldn’t be able to record the call. If you prefer to not record to your Cloud, then we’d suggest using our Desktop App.

6. You can now access Grain for Zoom App by clicking on “Apps” in your Zoom toolbar.

Note that your Grain Recorder will join as the participant. You need to let it join the meeting and if you aren’t the host, ask the host to admit the Recorder.

7. All done! Grain for Zoom will now allow you to capture key moments! Once the call is over, you can find the recording and highlights in your Workspace.

Uninstalling the Grain for Zoom App

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and visit Zoom Marketplace.

  2. Click “Manage” in the header menu and go to “Installed Apps”.

  3. You’ll find “Grain App for Zoom” > Uninstall.
