In order to use a different Zoom account with your Grain account, you'll first need to disconnect your current Zoom account and connect to the new one.
Here's the step-by-step:
Head to Zoom and log into the Zoom account you want to remove from Grain.
Navigate to the Marketplace > Installed Apps
Uninstall Grain
Log out from that Zoom account.
Log into the Zoom account that you want to use with your Grain account
Connect Grain for Zoom to your Zoom account.
