โ
Initial Setup:
Grant permissions: Grain will request access to your microphone and screen recording - both are required for desktop capture to work
Configure auto-capture settings: Choose which meetings to capture automatically:
Internal meetings: Scheduled meetings with only participants from your workspace domain
External meetings: Scheduled meetings with external participants
Unscheduled meetings: Ad-hoc meetings and Slack huddles that Grain detects
Starting a Capture:
Automatic: Grain will detect and start capturing based on your settings
Manual: Click the "New" button on the Meetings page to start a capture anytime
When your meeting ends, Grain automatically stops recording, opens the desktop app, and begins generating AI notes.
