Add or Implement Custom Vocabulary to Improve Your Transcription Accuracy

For accurate transcription of names,(yours, customers', and company names) industry terms, and jargon, simply add them to your custom vocabulary. Grain will take care of the rest!

Here’s how you can do it:

*Note: only admins have access to this setting.

2. Scroll down to Custom vocabulary.

3. Click on ‘+Add word or phrase’ and type in any words or phrases that you would like to transcribe more accurately. You can add as many as you need!

Tip: Make sure you press ‘Enter’ once your word or phrase is complete.

Please note that custom vocabulary is only available in English at the moment.
