You can make sure Grain accurately transcribes names (yours, customers', and company names), industry terms, and jargon by adding them to your custom vocabulary. Just add the words or phrases, and Grain will transcribe them correctly.

Here’s how you can do it:

*Note: only admins have access to this setting.

2. Scroll down to Custom Vocabulary.

3. Click the ‘+’ and type in any words or phrases that you would like to transcribe more accurately. You can add as many as you need!

Tip: Make sure you press ‘Enter’ once your word or phrase is complete.

Please note that custom vocabulary is only available in English at the moment.
