Learn more about how to update your billing and plan details

Here we describe how to manage your billing, including upgrading and downgrading your plan and managing your billing contact info and payment method


Head to the 'Billing' tab under Workspace settings. From here you can find information like your current plan details, payment information and renewal dates, and an option to cancel your plan.


Update billing and payment information

Updating your credit card information can be done by selecting the 'Update' button under the 'Billing' section.

If you would like to update the billing information such as addresses, VAT numbers, and more, please contact Grain's Customer Support team.


Upgrade or downgrade your plan

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, visit the 'Plans' page in the settings menu.

Select the plan you'd like to switch to, including downgrading to the 'Free' plan, which effectively cancels your subscription.

Note: plan upgrades take effect immediately, while plan downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can view your billing cycle date on the 'Billing' page.


Canceling Your Paid Plan

  • To cancel your plan, all you need to do is select the green text that says 'Cancel Plan' to the right of your plan renewal date on the 'Billing' page or select 'Cancel' on the 'Plans' page
