Learn more about how to update your billing and plan details on the fly without involving customer support!

Getting Started

  • Head to the 'Billing' tab under Workspace settings. From here we can find information like our current plan details, payment information and renewal dates, and a button to cancel your plan!

Plan Details & Purchasing Additional Seats

  • Plan details provides an overview of what plan you are currently on, and how many seats you are paying for!

    • You can view the available plans at anytime here!

  • If you want to purchase additional seats, you can do so by selecting the 'View Plans' text in green to the right of your plan details.

  • From here we can then choose whichever plan we want and add seats!

Updating Billing and Payment Information

  • Updating your credit card information can be done by selecting the "Enter Payment Information" button under the 'Billing' section.

  • If you would like to update the billing information such as addresses, VAT numbers, and more, you will need to contact customer support to make those changes.

Cancelling Your Paid Plan

  • To cancel your plan, all you need to do is select the green text that says 'Cancel Plan' to the right of your plan renewal date.
