Accessing your meeting library

Log into your Grain account and navigate to the 'Meetings' tab on the main navigation bar to view all your meeting recordings.

Meeting library tabs

Your meeting recordings are sorted under three tabs:

  • All Meetings: This tab contains all meetings you have access to in chronological order, including:

    • Meetings you hosted or in which you participated

    • Colleagues' meetings that were shared with the workspace (of which you were not a participant)

    • Colleagues' meetings that were shared with you directly (of which you were not a participant and the recording was not shared to the workspace)

  • My Meetings: This tab contains only meetings you hosted or in which you participated

  • Shared With Me: This tab contains only colleagues' meetings that were shared with you directly (of which you were not a participant and the recording was not shared to the workspace)

Filter your recordings

Filter your meeting library to find the meeting you want to review.

  • Use the search function: Know the name of the meeting? Enter the meeting title in the search field to filter to meetings with a matching title

  • Filters: Find a subset of your meetings using filters, including:

    • Date

    • Recording owner (the person whose Grain recorder recorded the meeting)

    • Tags (user-added tags)

    • Participants (all recordings with a specific meeting participant)

    • Companies (all recordings with participants from a specific company)
