Grain allows for the personalization of your meeting experience by providing the option to change the transcript language. Follow these instructions to modify the language setting for an individual meeting's transcript.
Set your default transcript language
To set or change your default transcript language for all meetings, visit your account settings under 'My Account' and 'My Meetings' and adjust your preferences under the transcriptions options.
Change the transcript language for a specific meeting recording
You can override your default transcription language for a specific meeting recording. To do this, simply:
Access your meeting recording page: Open the meeting recording in Grain for which you want to change the transcript language
Locate transcript settings: Within the meeting recording page, click the three dot menu on the top right corner to open the 'More Options' menu.
Select New Language: Choose 'Change Language' from the menu. A list of languages will appear for you to select from.
Note: Be mindful that you can only change the transcript language once per meeting through this method. If you need to change it again, you will need to contact support for assistance.
