Connecting Aircall to Grain imports your team's calls as recordings in your Grain workspace. Each imported call is transcribed and processed with AI notes, giving you the same meeting intelligence for phone calls that you get for video meetings.
Connect Aircall
Click ’Connect Aircall’
Follow the prompts to authorize Grain to access your Aircall account
Once connected, the integration shows your Aircall account as connected alongside who set it up.
Auto-import calls
Under ’Settings', toggle ‘Auto-import calls from Aircall’ on to have Grain automatically import calls after they end.
When enabled, completed Aircall calls appear in your Grain Meetings page as recordings with a full transcript and AI notes.
Disconnect Aircall
Click the three-dot menu next to the connected Aircall account
Select ’Disconnect’
