Keeping your billing contact information up-to-date is crucial for receiving accurate invoices and ensuring seamless transactions. Follow these simple steps to update your billing details on Grain.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access the Billing Tab: Begin by logging into your Grain account and navigate to your workspace settings. Once there, click on the Billing tab, or access it directly through this link: Grain Billing Settings.

  2. Contact Support for Assistance: Within the Billing tab, locate and click on the ‘Chat with Support’ button. This will connect you with Grain’s customer support team who can assist you with the changes.

  3. Provide Detailed Information: Prepare to provide all the details that you would like to update. This may include your company name, billing address, contact person, email address, phone number, and any other information that should appear on your invoice.

  4. Submit Your Request: Through the chat, inform the support team of the exact changes you wish to make. Be clear and concise to ensure your information is updated correctly.

  5. Confirmation: Once your request has been processed, the support team will confirm that your billing contact information has been updated.

Note: Only a workspace admin can give approval to Grain's Customer Support team to update the billing contact details
