Learn how to change to a new Grain plan

Adjusting your Grain subscription to better suit your team's needs is simple and can be done directly from your billing page. Follow these steps to change to a new plan that fits your business requirements.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to the Billing Page: Log in to your Grain account. In the dashboard, go to the Billing page where you manage your subscription details.

  2. View Available Plans: Click the ‘View Plans’ button on the billing page. This will show you all the available Grain plans, along with a detailed list of features and pricing for each.

  3. Choose a New Plan: Compare the plans and select the one that best fits your needs. Each plan will have a 'Select' or 'Upgrade' button—click this for the plan you wish to move to.

  4. Confirm Plan Details: Review the new plan details. Make sure to check the number of seats, storage limits, and any additional features that come with the plan.

  5. Follow On-Screen Instructions: The app will guide you through the steps required to update your plan. This may include confirming your billing information and finalizing your plan choice.

  6. Confirmation: Once you’ve completed the process, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your plan has been updated.

Note: Only a workspace admin may change the plan for the workspace
