Set up your workspace integration with Salesforce

Connect Grain with Salesforce to automatically update your contacts' events with meeting notes and a link to view the meeting recording and transcript. Our integration syncs your sales meeting notes with contacts in Salesforce, ensuring that your contact records stay up-to-date and providing better visibility into pipeline activity.


To connect Grain with Salesforce, follow these steps. They only need to be completed once for the workspace:

  • Go to Integrations > Salesforce

  • Click "Get Started" > "Connect Salesforce"

  • Give Grain access to your Salesforce account by clicking "Connect app"

Voila! You’ve now connected Grain with your Salesforce account.

Important Note: Only meetings automatically shared to the workspace are eligible for use by this automation. If your meetings aren't shared with the workspace, the meeting notes won't be synced with Salesforce events.
