Which Grain plan is right for me?

The right plan for you depends on your team size, needs, and desired features. Grain offers a range of plans to accommodate different requirements.

Grain offers four main plans:

  1. Free Plan: Ideal for individuals or small teams who want basic recording and sharing capabilities for a short period of time. The Free Plan allows a limited number of lifetime recordings and uploads and provides access to essential features like recording, sharing, and basic organization.

  2. Starter Plan: Suited for growing teams or those requiring more advanced features. The Starter Plan offers unlimited recording, 10 uploads per month, unlimited storage, advanced organization features such as tagging and folders, and some of our more advanced AI features like custom note templates and Ask Grain AI anything.

  3. Business Plan: Suited for teams looking to get the most out of Grain's AI capabilities and integrations. Use Grain AI to surface trending insights, coach your teammates, and manage deal pipelines for revenue teams. Connect Grain to your CRM or dialer to consolidate your tech stack.

  4. Enterprise Plan: Designed for larger organizations with advanced security and customization needs. The Enterprise Plan includes all the features of the Business Plan, plus enhanced security controls, single sign-on (SSO) integration, dedicated account management, and custom invoicing options.

To determine which plan is right for you, consider the following:

  • Team Size: Evaluate the size of your team. If you're a solo user or have a small team, the Starter Plan might suffice. For larger teams, consider the Business or Enterprise Plan for additional features and support.

  • Features: Identify the features that are most important to you and your team. If you need advanced organization capabilities or AI functionality, the Business or Enterprise Plan would be suitable.

  • Budget: Consider your budget and how much you're willing to invest in a video capture and sharing platform. The Starter Plan is a cost-effective option, while the Business and Enterprise Plans offer more features but at a higher cost.

  • Security and Compliance: If your organization has strict security and compliance requirements, the Enterprise Plan provides additional security features and customization options to meet those needs.

Ultimately, the right plan for you will depend on your specific requirements and preferences. You can always start with a lower-tier plan and upgrade as your needs evolve. You can compare the plan details here.
