FAQ
Can my team use Free or Pro together? Free and Pro are for one person. Each person can have their own account, but there's no shared workspace, so you can't see each other's meetings in one place. You can still share a single recording by link. For a shared workspace, choose Business.
Can I mix plans in one workspace? No. All paid seats in a workspace are on the same plan.
Is there a free trial? Yes. If you're a workspace admin on Free and signed up with a company email address, you can start a 14-day Grain Business trial yourself, with no credit card. Each workspace can start one trial, and it moves back to Free at the end unless you upgrade. If you can't start one yourself, click 'Request a trial' on the plans page and we'll set it up for you.
My company already uses Grain. If your company's email domain already has a Grain workspace you can join, join it rather than starting a new Business workspace.
How do annual and monthly billing differ? Annual billing is charged upfront at a lower per-seat price. Monthly billing is charged each month at a higher price.
