Calendars

Connect and manage your Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar so Grain can sync your meetings.

Grain uses your connected calendar to identify upcoming meetings and make them eligible for auto-capture. Go to Account settings → Integrations to manage your calendar connections.

Connect an account

Grain supports connected accounts with Google or Microsoft Calendar. Click into either one from the 'Integrations' page to manage connected accounts and calendars.

If you are setting up an initial connection, select 'Connect' and follow the prompts to authorize Grain to view your calendar.

If you already have a connected calendar, you can add additional accounts to sync multiple calendars with your Grain account by selecting 'Add account.'

Once connected, the account will appear under 'Connected accounts.'

Note: Your first connected account is set as your primary. Grain uses this account for your displayed email address and as the default calendar source.

Choose which calendars sync

The Calendars section shows all calendars available from your connected accounts. Check the calendars you want Grain to sync. Only meetings on checked calendars will appear in Grain and be eligible for auto-capture.

Note: If a meeting isn't appearing in Grain, check that the calendar it lives on is enabled here.

Disconnect an account

Click 'Connected' to the right of an account and select ’Disconnect.’ This removes that account and its calendars from Grain's sync. You cannot disconnect your primary account without first setting another account as primary.
