Automatically sync meeting notes and activity to Salesforce contacts and opportunities.

Grain's Salesforce integration updates your contact records with meeting notes and a link to the recording after every call. It is a workspace-level integration, set up once by an admin and applied across the workspace.

Note: Salesforce integration requires the Business plan or above.


Connect Grain to Salesforce

These steps only need to be completed once for the entire workspace.

  1. Click ’Connect’

  2. Log in to your Salesforce account and authorize Grain to access it

Once connected, Grain automatically creates a Salesforce activity event for any meeting where a participant's email matches an existing Salesforce contact. When toggled on, Grain automatically creates an activity event on the relevant Salesforce Contact record after any meeting where a participant's email matches a Salesforce contact. The activity includes the meeting summary and links to the recording and clips.

Toggle this off to pause syncing without disconnecting the integration.


Disconnect Salesforce

Go to Workspace settings → Integrations → Salesforce and disconnect from the integration settings by selecting the drop-down beneath ‘Status’ and clicking ‘Disconnect.’

What happens when you disconnect

  • Grain stops sending meeting notes and data to Salesforce.

  • All previously synced information remains in Salesforce, nothing is deleted.
