Your account settings are found under Workspace settings → My Account.

Profile
Your profile controls how your name and user icon appear to others in your Grain workspace.
User icon: click the edit icon on your avatar to upload a photo. Your initials are shown by default.
Preferred name: enter the name you want displayed in Grain. This is how you'll appear in recordings, shared clips, and AI notes.
Connected accounts
Grain uses connected accounts to sync your calendar and identify your meetings. Your first connected account is set as 'Primary'. This is the account Grain uses for your displayed email address and as the default calendar source.
Add an account
Click ’+ Add account’ and select Google or Microsoft. Follow the prompts to authorize Grain to view your calendar.
Change your primary account
Click the three-dot menu to the right of any account and select ’Make Primary account’.
Disconnect an account
Click the three-dot menu to the right of the account and select ’Disconnect account’. This removes that calendar from Grain's sync.
Note: You cannot disconnect your primary account without first setting another account as primary.
Calendars
The Calendars section shows all calendars available from your connected accounts. Check the calendars you want Grain to sync. Only meetings on checked calendars will appear in Grain and be eligible for auto-capture.
Note: If a meeting isn't appearing in Grain, check that the calendar it lives on is enabled here.
