Grain's Productboard integration lets you push clips from user interviews and customer calls into your product roadmap without leaving Grain. Connection uses a Productboard API token rather than OAuth, each user connects individually using their own token.
Note: Productboard integration requires the Starter plan or above.
Connect Productboard
Click ’Get the token here,’ this opens Productboard's API tokens page where you can generate or copy your access token
Copy your Productboard access token and paste it into the text field in Grain
Select ‘Submit’ to confirm the connection.
Send clips to Productboard
There are two ways to send clips to Productboard once connected.
Auto-send all clips: toggle on ’Send all Clips’ in the integration settings to automatically send every new clip you create to Productboard as a note. Each note includes the clip title, transcript excerpt, and a link back to the clip in Grain.
Send a clip manually: open any clip, click the three-dot menu, and select ’Send to Productboard’ to push that individual clip without enabling auto-send.
