Custom Scorecard is designed to elevate your team’s performance evaluation process. You can create tailored scorecards to suit your specific needs, providing more flexibility and control over assessments. Whether you prefer a 1-5 rating scale or a simple yes/no format, custom scorecards allows you to create scorecards, score conversations, and provide feedback. Discover how to create a custom scorecard to help streamline your evaluation process and improve overall team performance.
Step 1: Creating a Custom Scorecard Template
Access Scorecards:
Navigate to the workspace settings and select "Scorecards."
Create a New Scorecard:
Click on the option to create a new scorecard.
Add a title and description for your scorecard.
Begin adding questions by selecting the question type. Currently, you can choose between a 1-5 rating scale or a yes/no format.
Rearrange the order of the questions as needed.
Once the template is complete, save it.
Step 2: Submitting a Custom Scorecard
Go to the Coaching Page:
Navigate to the coaching page where you will see a tab called "Scoring"
Create a New Submission:
Click on the "Scorecard: " dropdown.
Select the primary speaker or the person you want to submit the scorecard for. Note that for custom scorecards, you can select different speakers.
Fill Out the Scorecard:
Choose the custom scorecard template you created from the drop-down menu.
Answer each question in the scorecard. If a question is not applicable, mark it as N/A.
Add any necessary notes or comments for each question.
Submit the Scorecard:
Once all questions are answered, click the "Submit" button.
The submitted scorecard will automatically load, showing your responses, notes, and scores.
Step 3: Viewing and Editing Submitted Scorecards
View Submissions:
Once submitted, you can view the scorecard submissions. Non-applicable questions will be faded, and notes will be displayed alongside scores.
Edit Submissions:
You can make changes to submitted scorecards, including updating responses or notes.
You can delete a scorecard if needed, which will revert to the auto-generated scorecard view.
Access Control
Version Control: Any changes made to scorecard templates will not affect existing submissions due to version control. Old versions of the scorecards are retained to maintain data integrity.
Key Features
Two Types of Scorecards: The grain scorecard (AI-generated) and custom scorecards (manually created and submitted).
