Grain's search feature scans across all meeting titles and transcript content in your library. Use filters and sorting to narrow results to exactly what you need.
Access Search from the left sidebar.
Search by keyword
Type any word or phrase into the search bar. Grain returns all meetings and transcript moments that match.
Include transcripts: toggle this on to include full transcript content in your results. When off, only meeting titles and metadata are searched.
Sort: switch between ’Relevance’ (default) and ’Most Recent’ to order your results.
Filters
Click the filter icon to narrow results. Multiple filters can be applied at the same time.
Filter | What it does |
Recorder | Show only recordings owned by a specific person |
Participants | Show only recordings where a specific person was present |
Company | Show only recordings associated with a specific company |
Trackers | Show only recordings where a specific tracker fired |
Tags | Show only recordings with a specific tag |
Date | Narrow to a specific date range |
Playlists | Search within a specific playlist |
Meeting Type | Filter by meeting type (external, internal, etc.) |
