The Updates tab in the left sidebar collects notifications about activity on your recordings, comments, mentions, shares, and action items, in one place. You do not need to check individual recordings to see what has changed.
What appears in Updates
Comments: when someone leaves a comment on a recording you own or have access to
Mentions: when someone @mentions you in a comment on any recording
Recording shared: when someone shares a recording directly with you
Recording shared with team: when a recording is shared with a team you are a member of
Action item assigned: when an action item from a meeting is assigned to you
Action item completed: when an action item assigned to you is marked complete
Seat upgraded / downgraded: when your seat type changes in the workspace
Email notifications
Some update types also trigger an email notification in addition to appearing in the Updates tab. @mentions always send an email to the tagged person. Recording share notifications may also trigger an email depending on how the share was initiated.
