The Meetings page opens by default when you sign into grain.com or open the Grain desktop app. You can return to it any time by clicking ’Meetings’ in the left sidebar.

Up next
The ’Up next’ section at the top of the page lists meetings pulled from your connected Google or Outlook calendar.
Each row always shows:
Meeting title
Date and time
Whether the meeting is Internal or External
A record dropdown on the right to set the capture method for that meeting
See list properties to customize what is shown.
Setting capture for upcoming meetings
Click the record dropdown to the right of any upcoming meeting to choose how Grain should capture it: bot, desktop, or off. Options available depend on your plan and system.
Learn more about capture settings here.
Note: For recurring meetings, the setting you choose applies to all future instances of that meeting, not just the next occurrence.
Past meetings
Below ’Up next’, your previously recorded meetings are listed by day in reverse chronological order.
Each row always shows:
Thumbnail preview
Title, start time, and duration
Whether the meeting was Internal or External
A three-dot menu for quick actions
Click any row to open the full recording page. See list properties below to customize what is shown.
List properties
Click the list properties button in the top-right corner to add or remove columns from the meeting list. Available properties:
Team: the team the meeting will be shared with (e.g., Sales, Customer Support)
Company: meeting host company name
Recorder: who is set to record
Participants: participant list & count
Meeting tags: tags used to organize meetings
Trackers: keyword trackers triggered in a meeting
Comments: comment count
Clips: clip count
Views: view count
Meeting type: meeting type for note template control
Team tabs
The tab row beneath the page header switches the view between your personal meetings and team libraries:
My meetings: displays meetings you attended or recorded
Your team tab: the tab immediately after 'My meetings' (before the divider line) is the team you belong to (all users belong to exactly one team)
Subscribed teams: tabs after the divider (e.g., Marketing, HR) are teams you've subscribed to (you can subscribe to multiple teams)
+: add another subscribed team to the tab bar
Teams control which recordings are auto-shared and who can see them. See Teams for setup.
+ New
The ’+ New’ button in the top-right corner starts a recording outside your scheduled calendar:
Desktop capture: record audio directly from your computer with no bot in the meeting
Bot capture: paste a Zoom, Meet, Teams, or Webex link and Grain joins as a participant
File upload: upload a recording captured outside of Grain
Zoom import: import a recording from Zoom Cloud
Ask anything
The ’Ask anything’ widget in the bottom-right corner opens Grain's AI assistant. Ask questions in natural language and the AI assistant will respond with context across your entire meeting library. See Ask Grain AI for more information.
