Automate My Email Follow-Ups

Learn how to configure your post meeting emails.

Step 1: To get started with configuring post meeting emails, lets navigate to the 'My Meetings' tab under 'Account Settings'

  • From here we can select which meeting participants we would like to send automatic emails to

  1. Only send recap to workspace participants

    1. only will email workspace participants who were in the meeting

  2. Only send recap to internal participants

    1. only will email internal participants who were in the meeting

  3. Only send recap to external participants

    1. only will email external participants who were in the meeting

  4. Send recap to all participants

    1. Will email everyone in the meeting

  5. Don't send recap emails

    1. will not send a recap email

After this these settings will automatically apply and take effect on your next meeting!

Step 2: Generate a custom follow-up Email

Grain makes it easy to generate and send follow-up emails. Here's how:

  1. Head over to the Summary tab on the meeting page for the meeting you want to follow up on.

  2. Click the "Send follow-up email" button.

  3. Grain will generate a follow-up email for you. You can edit the email directly in your default mail client.

  4. Add any additional details or attachments to the email.

  5. Click "Send" to send the email.

Important Notes:

  • This feature is only available on the Business Plan.

  • It is exclusively for external calls.

  • When you select "Draft in email app," Grain will automatically include the emails of all external meeting participants.
