*Note: This is a Zoom feature, and all enabling/customization takes place within your Zoom account, not your Grain account.

When the Zoom Recording Disclaimer is enabled, attendees will receive a notification when recording begins, even if recording starts mid-meeting. The attendee can either consent to stay in the session or leave.

Customize your Zoom recording disclaimer to explain you'll be using Grain to annotate your recordings.

A great way to help your meeting participants to understand Grain is to set up a custom message within the recording disclaimer enabled within the Zoom account and choose "Customize.” Admin privileges are required to use this feature.

  3. Scroll down to “Recording notifications - Zoom clients” section.
